Hello!
My name is Courtney Stowers and I am a Political Data Fellow at Bluebonnet Data and graduate student studying Program Evaluation and Data Analytics at Arizona State University. Throughout the program, I have learned how to visualize and wrangle data related to a variety of public policy issues such as community analytics and gentrification, child well-being and global inequality. I also worked on a team project to evaluate the effectiveness of tax credit programs. I recently completed my capstone project on the feasibility of using open source data analysis tools to measure urban forests and my anticipated date of graduation is August 11, 2020.
